Return & Refund Policy

• At Chai Pani, we believe in doing business according to Islamic principles. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may ask for return or replace it within 3 days of delivery.
• You can Notify our team via email or Whatsapp and we will initiate return for you.
  
• However you may need to pay for the return shipping cost. 
• Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and remains in its original packaging.
• If the product has been opened, unsealed, or removed from its airtight container, refunds and replacements will not be applicable.
• If the product remains unused and sealed, we will happily issue a refund or replacement as per your request.
• Refund will be issued within 7-15 Days, once we received the item back and out team confirmed it not opened/used.

  ریٹرن اور ریفنڈ پالیسی

  • Chai Pani اسلامی اصولوں کے مطابق کاروبار کرنا پسند کرتا ہے۔ لہٰذا اگر آپ اپنی خرید سے مطمئن نہیں ہیں تو آپ سات دن کے اندر ریٹرن کر سکتے ہیں۔
  • صرف وہی پروڈکٹس ریٹرن ہوں گی جو کھولی نہیں گئیں اور اپنی اصلی پیکنگ میں موجود ہوں۔
  • اگر پروڈکٹ کو کھول لیا گیا ہے یا ایئر ٹائٹ کنٹینر سے نکال لیا گیا ہے تو ریفنڈ اور ریپلیسمنٹ ممکن نہیں ہوگی۔
  • اگر پروڈکٹ اپنی سیلڈ حالت میں موجود ہے تو ہم خوشی سے ریفنڈ یا ریپلیسمنٹ فراہم کریں گے۔
